Honey and Possum - Leonbergers

This was a re-sit for hosts that we sat for last year as they were going to a wedding down south.

We walked nearly every day with Wendy having the more boisterous puppy Possum (10 months) mostly around the same places as we went previously as this was just a short sit. Cloudy with rain on a few days.

We went with our friend Steve from up the road to a local pub in Crewe, the Station Pilot for a couple of evening meals :)

We also went out for lunch with the dogs at the local Woodside pub (or Woody as its known) when our hosts returned from their trip.

Later our hosts kindly took us to Crewe station where we caught our pre-booked journey to Birmingham Airport where we were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn for a few nights at no cost. (paid for with points and included a full breakfast). We got to Birmingham International and then took the Air-Train (free) to the terminal and then walked 10mins out and to the Hotel. Our flight left early on Sunday so we had to get up around 3:30am and it was only a 10 min walk with bags to the RyanAir check in...also a covered walkway across the road if it was raining!
